Researching Area House Prices
Working closely with you, we will research various residential locations which meet your needs. To enable you to understand the market trend, we will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis Report on these areas, which will show property details and sale prices for the last 3 to 6 months. Once the residential areas of interest have been chosen, we will provide a report which contains property details of all suitable homes currently for sale.
Viewing Properties 
We will schedule and attend viewings with you, or on your behalf (where appropriate digital photographs would be taken and forwarded to you).
Negotiations
An experienced negotiator, is invaluable, and can save you thousands of dollars on your purchase price. Working with you, and for you, we will ensure you purchase your new home at the lowest price possible.
Inspections – Finance, Building & Pest
We will liaise, schedule and attend, with you, or on your behalf, all inspections.
Settlement
