Rental Accommodation
Sunrise Relocations will take the hassle out of finding rental accommodation. Prior to your arrival we will secure suitable accommodation, and if required, we will furnish it to your specification, and prepare it ready for your arrival. Based on your requirements we will research appropriate available accommodation and provide you with detailed descriptions, including photographs, and rates.
Option 1 - Short-term Hotel/Apartment Accommodation (up to 8 weeks)
Service includes, seek out appropriate options, email to you a selection to choose from, view the property on your behalf, liaise with Property Manager to secure reservation. A Sunrise Information Pack and Welcome Basket is also provided.
Option 2 - Rent (long term - 6 months plus)
Service includes, seek out appropriate options, email to you a selection to choose from, view properties on your behalf, email a detailed description, including photographs, liaise with Property Manager to secure tenancy, assist with Tenancy Agreement and Entry Report. A Sunrise Information Pack and Welcome Basket is also provided.
Furniture Rental Package
This service will appeal to clients who have furniture in transit, or who plan on buying furniture at a later date. Based on your requirements we will arrange delivery of rental furniture and set up the property, ready for your arrival.
Sunrise Information Pack
A Sunrise Information Pack is full of useful information to help you during your first few weeks in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. You will find important details on applying for a driving licence, Medicare and Tax File Number, as well as shopping, restaurants, public transport, maps and local papers etc. Tourist and entertainment information is also included, so don't forget to take time out from all the organising and enjoy the beautiful offerings of Brisbane and the Gold Coast!
Rental Vehicle
We will reserve a competitively priced, rental vehicle of your choice. Arrange pick up/drop off, at either a Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast location.
